This place charges you $30 for parking!! No boards, no warning, nothing! I'm still shocked that I had to pay that much to shop for a little over an hour.. ridiculous- only an option if you live nearby or travel by bus.

It’s not as large as some other Woolies in the area but does have a decent amount of stock. Good options in the produce section, deli and meats. Trolleys don’t require a coin to use which is great considering not many people carry cash / coin these days. Negative points for no registers being open, only self-checkout. I had a loaded trolley and self-checkout is not ideal as there is not enough space for all the items to be bagged. Free parking for up to an hour and there is a Dan Murphy on site as well

Bought something totaling $20 and being charged $30 for the car park!!! As mentioned by others victims, need to read carefully however the sign is so tiny that so hard to find it.

My first time using click and collect.I notified them I’m on my way - 15 mins away. I notified them “I’m here”. No one came.I went into the centre to collect it myself and wheeled every thing to my car.Got home. Checked - 7/23 items were missing. 30%!! And I’ve had to drive all the way to collect them again.There should be a better system for them to check and ensure all items are delivered and dispatched.Not a good experience so far. I don’t think I will be using this service in a hurry again.I got 2 packets of Woolworths branded salad (mixed leaf). At least 1/3 of them were packed with inedible stalks! I wouldn’t even feed that to animals unless you want to choke on it.Come on Woolworths. Surely you can do better than that.

This is a good supermarket, which offers a good selection of products. The store has a very good line of organic products. The main advantage for the shop is its convenience - the part of Alexandria where it is located has seen incredible development (if not overdevelopment) in the past couple of years. The store opened recently in the middle of this construction boom. If you live in the vicinity, this shop would be good for your daily shopping.

How can you do this to your customers?I was charged $30before leaving the car park (money that I spend in Opal for almost a week to go to work)This was my first time shopping at Woolworth in Alexandria and it will be my last.I thought the first 2 hours were free, my fault for rushing" and not reading carefully.But I never imagined that you would charge me more than $5 for being only a little over an hour!!!I still feel shocked and find it very wrong to charge for parking when people park their cars to buy from you !!! ☹"
