Steve is an excellent individual who is highly professional. He made me very comfortable in transitioning into my new role right from interview process to onboarding. He has actually surprised me by calling a few times to check on how I was finding my role and if I needed any support to not hesitate in calling him. Steve bring a lot of empathy and human touch back into the recruitment process which is nice to see. All in all it has been a wonderful experience.

BTA have been refreshing to work with. The recruiters are engaging and gain an understanding of the character / personality of their clients. They are interested in finding the right people for the culture of the companies/businesses they represent. They understand that this is a vital element - as opposed to other recruiters who solely look at experience and credentials and just want to make a sale.
