Having the same issue as everyone else it seems. I ordered Celebrity Slim powder too but it never turned up. They were happy enough to take my money, of course. I noticed not one person who complained about not getting their order got a response from Management.

I have tried contacting multiple times on landline, left messages, a 1800 number and 2 email addresses with no reply re: my order I placed on 18th February 2021 (celebrity slim shakes) which I still haven’t received. My previous orders delivered within a week but not this order. Not happy

Waited for 45mins and the customer service representative was rude and barely said a word.

Unfortunately my issue is the same as everyone else. I ordered LITYA products from Global back in Feb and although I had to chase up the order- I did receive it. I placed an order 10days ago and paid into their account (which seems in hindsight like a red flag), but haven't since been able to make contact or had any confirmation of payment being received, thus probably no product. I have since found out today from an insider, that the Global Brands may have gone under sometime in Feb?! Would explain all of the complaints having occurred after Feb. Where can we all go to claim our money back??

Dreadful service. Was promised a refund last week still waiting. Delivery never arrived. It was under the Pet House Superstore brand.

I have placed an order with house online nearly 4 weeks later still no tracking number has been sent and no closer to receiving my goods.The excuse covid,!I have sent many emails to house and have now requested a refund.DO NOT order from House ,shop elsewhere is my advice ,as they are not reliable.and customer service is poor.

Went to buy CelebritySlim shakes online, website showed stock. Ordered but items never arrived. I believe the company has gone bust.Emails, social media and phone goes unanswered.The phone number on CelebritySlim website leads here.

Never paid my invoice and now the company seems to be in liquidation
