Scotland Place Dental

Was very enjoyable taking my six year old there. She's had a fear of dentists due to movies and society and what's said. But after our visit she loves the dentist, she said they was very polite and nice. ( which they we're )

They were amazing! They got me in as an emergency appointment and after I explained my total phobic fear of dentists (I'm 37!) both he and his assistant were gentle and pleasant and even the lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely. I would suggest them to anyone.

I recently had a denture repaired by Bec and Joe (Grampians Dental Lab) at Scotland Place Dental. I was super happy with the perfect repair and the efficient, friendly service.

Staff are fantastic, really friendly and very professional. They make you feel comfortable the whole time. Excellent facilities. They will be my regular dentist from now on.

The place in general is good beautiful house and garden, but just an experience I'd had with them by cancelling an appt for 2 weeks time.i paid for this appt in advance in full. Unfortunate circumstances led to me needing the cash back and unable to continue my treatment (for now) . I'd offered to pay a fee at first that I was happy to and the admin lady,Jo said that it was fine and to come get a full refund. Upon arriving her attitude had changed and she explained to me that appointments are for people who need them not time wasters. The appt was scheduled for another 2 weeks, I thought it was plenty notice given the circumstances, but the rudeness outweighed that, and I was informed I'd be charged 35 dollars for admin fee even though previously discussed otherwise. I was refunded my money minus The fee and told I cannot come back and to seek treatment elsewhere. LOL

Highly recommend. Wacim is brilliant with adults and children. I would not take my toddler to anyone else.

Amazing staff. I have had a fear of going to the dentist for years. Wacim, Bianca & Jo make you feel so comfortable. Great with kids, even have movies for to watch and keep them occupied. Highly recommend.
