So disappointed with the customer service received. After two years of hearing nothing, I received a message stating they have reinforced debt collectors for an outstanding invoice. Not only did they take money out of my account for swimming lessons we didn’t attend, once I called multiple times to cancel leaving voicemails (never heard back) they wrote me an invoice for another month of swimming. I then went to email them in regards to this to which they replied “we didn’t receive a cancellation from your booking”. I never received an email back from my last email, nor a call back so this was a bit of a shock two years down the line to receive.Definitely do not recommend this business to anyone. They are impossible to get hold of, the business hours are ridiculous for anyone who has a job and I’m disgusted in how they have decided to go about the issue without trying to contact myself with the issue first.

The worst place to join. Coaches are horrible they shouted at kids when they are late or when they forgot the goggles. they do not care about the mental health if the child. My son left alone crying after Karen shouted at him and she said i have another session I need to leave.Fiona the coordinator hasnt helped at all after my son has been left in the same level for 2 years.I spend my time ,money and effort and at the end my son has been mentally abused and felt belittle. Which is the opposite of why I made him join this nightmare club.

They have just forwarded my details to the debt recovery agencies without even contacting me. I stopped doing my lessons when they closed due to covid, and I had always paid for my lessons in advance and this happened. The receptionist is rude, even dropped my phone when I phoned to follow up. I feel sad for the great stuff they have yet the management and accounts department are very unprofessional!

A vibrant and cheerful place to be. The pool is fresh and reasonably new. The team are dedicated to getting your child through levels to become a competent swimmer. For babe's right through to seniors and aquatic and sensory sessions.

Fantastic swimming facility!First WestSwim centre for those who live south of the city. The crew don’t go overboard with the chlorine which is nice. Staff are amazing and friendly, they genuinely enjoy their job and you can see the passion they have when teaching little ones and families.Interior decor is bright and happy which makes the pool a much more inviting place so the little ones love coming.Ample parking next to a brand new shopping centre.

Not good experience, was good at the beginning with a trainer named Ebony, I give it to her that she taught my kids well but with this new girl Emily training them, she kind of preferring to train the white kids than my kids, hence am considering leaving west swim to state swim. I have been with state swim in the past, and boy, they are good. This was just convenient cos it's closer home, but now we are leaving because my kids are not being taught well. Am paying them so I expect my kids yo be taught as well as the other white kids, they are not better than my kids. Much racism, mtchew

The people who are running this show need to educate themselves quick smart. There is no humanity left, they’re more inclined to follow a tyrant without question, than be a decent human. It’s a pity they can’t get minus star reviews.

Very dissapointed that you debit my account when you should have credited it. Very unprofessional. I think this needs immediate action to where your company are failing in the accounts department. My Grandaughter attends weekly and staff who where contacted today where approving a credit but unfortunately a debit has happened. I think apology is warranted as this is obtaining money without consent. My details have been provided by a direct debit which is the 1st of the month. Today is the 24th of the month this should ring alarm bells. Rectify your mistake immediately as I'm very upset with the staff running the accounts.Mrs A Barber

Thieves, constantly cancel lessons and continue to charge for them, please avoid and don’t get scammed

Came here to watch my son's swimming lessons through the school and all parents who attended (only a couple of us) were treated poorly and are not allowed to go again. Told we weren't paying parents. Considering we paid for the lessons in advance and we were happy to pay a spectators fee. There was only 3 of us and the place was pretty much empty. I was hesitant to start my other son on weekly lessons because of the bad things I've heard, but was checking it out for convenience purposes... But after that I will be telling anyone who brings you up not to bother with your services unless they wanted to be treated as a second class citizen.
