Aussie Pooch Mobile Dog Wash Gawler

Aussie Pooch is the best when it comes to grooming my dog. The dog groomer is very friendly, the price is reasonable and buying a bag of treats is optional. I highly recommend to anyone who lives in the Northern Suburbs who want their dogs groomed.

Very poor service.Booked an appointment with Joanne. She did not show up. We sorted the issue, and rebooked. This could have been a miscommunication; however, I strongly believe she had her day wrong in her diary.Re-booked for between 2-4pm two days later. At 4:45 I rang asking where she was. She claimed it was booked between 3-5. This was not the case, as I was very careful to write the exact details for the booking. I explained that this was not satisfactory, as this was the second time the booking was incorrect.She was then very rude. Said she would not do the job because my bins were in the driveway, even though there was still plenty of space, and I would have removed the bins straight away. She also then said she did not want to clean my dog, because I was rude ABOUT (NOT TO HER) her after the initial phone call, which apparently she overheard. This was simply me claiming that I was certain that I didn't have the initial time wrong. However, again, I accepted this and I had believed we had sorted the issue. She did not call me back to cancel at the time, yet was happy to use this as a reason to yell at me when she didn't show up for the second booking.At this point she stopped talking and I believed she had hung up. Therefore, I hung up the phone. She called me back saying and you say my service is bad

Parks her red Holden to obstruct peoples driveway. Her hatch back and trailer doesn't fit in the off street cut out. Instead of obstructing the clients driveway, obstructs next door neighbour instead.After she leaves. I am guessing Gawler street is the local dumping grounds to leave dog hair, to blow around the street and possibly neighbours yards. Instead of disposing of her litter thoughtfully.
