My wife and I were put in contact with Todd as COVID-19 peaked in NSW. Todd and Sophia were very accommodating towards our custom design and managed to provide extremely cost effective solutions towards some of our key problems whilst providing stylish solutions. On the back of this Todd also understood at the time of building our financial situation much like anyone else had taken a hit during the COVID period and accommodated greatly for this assisting where possible.I am very happy with our house and would recommend Todd to anyone wishing to engage in building their home as when your deal with BuildTec you are actually dealing with a builder and not a sales person.

While there are lots of positives about our new home, Todd has been extremely difficult to work with throughout the process. Todd's team did not install our roof properly which resulted in significant leaking throughout the house. We've had to seek independent support as Todd has refused to fix the damaged caused by the poor installation... This has been the icing on the cake of problems with Buildtec. We normally don't like to review, but think it is important for potential customers making a big investment in a new home and long process. I'd also beware that Todd may describe my husband and I as the problem, because that is convenient and far easier than justifying his decision not to repair the damage.

We highly recommend Todd and BuildTec homes. He accommodate our requested changes to the design. Todd was very patient and always contactable. Regular updates were provided on work progress and site visits were provided as requested. He worked nicely with us to get the exact product which we wants and the changes / variations which we requested while on construction stage were priced and accommodated well. Every query was responded promptly. Finally, we got a quality finished product as per our expectation. I have recommended BuildTec homes to one of my friend and they have already started the process with Todd and plans being submitted for council approval.Thanks Todd, Sophia and the BuildTec homes team providing us exceptional quality service. We highly recommend Todd and Buildtec homes. We requested changes to our floor plans a few times and Todd was very patient and worked with us to get exactly what we were after. Every query was responded on the same day. After office hours meetings were accommodated. Regular updates were provided around the progress. Site visits were just a call away! And finally the finished product... exceeded our expectation is probably an understatement. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Builtec Homes team.
