I can't fault my experience at Kitara. It's relaxing, inviting and friendly. Kathleen does an amazing job and I always trust her knowledge and suggestions. My colour, cut and style always looks great. More importantly, her expertise means that my colour grows out really well. I often get comments months after my hair has been done. I love the personal touches too. A sweet something to eat, a coffee/tea or drink and the most relaxing head massage at the basin. I'll keep coming back for sure!

Highly recommend Kathleen at Kitara Studio in Mornington. Kathleen is professional and makes you feel comfortable. The salon is one on one and you are in a calming environment. You are well looked after with drinks and nibbles and I can always trust that I'll get what I Invision. Best hairdresser!

Amazing! Kitara is like a day spa for your hair, so much more than your average salon. Kathleen makes you feel like a VIP with her A+++ one-on-one appointments in the most relaxing salon I have ever been in. Would recommend 100%Kathleen also knows her products with gluten free, cruelty free and vegan options!

I absolutely love Kathleen doing my hair! The time, effort and care she puts in is incredible and she will always go above and beyond to help get your desired results. I have been both blonde and brunette and each time she has perfected it to exactly how I want. Would never trust anyone else with my hair and her salon is a very relaxing, comfortable and zen experience, you are extremely well looked after! I can’t recommend enough!!

Kathleen has been my hairdresser for years. She provides such outstanding haircare services that I didn't hesitate to continue booking her when she opened in Mornington. She is a wizard with hair colour and no one has ever looked after my hair the way that she has.I really cannot recommend Kathleen and Kitara Studios more. Kathleen is the best.

Love the vibes here at Kitara studio! I travel a lot, and whenever I'm back I will always come to Kathleen for a glorious trim. It's great being the only one there so you can set the tone for your haircut, and she's super aware of what chemicals are being used and what you're putting in your body so I feel so comfortable coming, even when pregnant. Would highly recommend!

Kitara studio is such a welcoming space. Kathleen is just lovely, very talented and best of all a great listener!! She takes the time to really understand what you want and then delivers it - exactly!! She blended my greys so naturally and took the time to cut and style then check if it was the right length, then took it further! A special mention for the hair washing EXPERIENCE - delightfully relaxing. A devoted room, relaxation music, massage chair and that scalp massage- heavenly! Highly recommend x

I was fortunate enough to have Kathleen do my bridal hair. Kathleen added some hair extensions for volume and colour matched perfectly. My hair felt secure and lasted the entire day and night. Kathleen is a perfectionist with hair, attention to detail is spot on, and she won't let you leave the salon until you are 110% happy. Highly recommend Kathleen, getting my hair done is now something I look forward to with her warm friendly nature that matches Kitara salon's relaxing vibes. Highly recommended.
