I am a mother and a business owner. I rarely get time out for myself and when I do, I like to get a pedicure. I chose this business because even though I had been once before and had a poor experience. I hoped that I had just got someone on a bad day. Unfortunately, this time was the same.The staff were rude, the experience was painful, every step was rushed like she couldn’t wait to get to the next person, and the result was uneven toenail lengths and a very stressed mumma. Not worth the $45 I paid, AND to top it off they wouldn’t accept eftpos and asked me to walk to an ATM and come back with cash. Not happy Jan!

I am shocked CS Square hasn’t got any nails shop to cater to ladies needs. The staff here is so bad and rude. They talk in their language while serving you and laugh at customers. This is a JOKE. Please don’t waste your money ladies. People go to get pampered and this place ruins your day. Wish I could give zero rating.

Waited for over 20 minutes sitting to have a pedicure. While the staff were talking in their own language and serving customers that came after me. They might have time to waist but I do not.

Have been using this salon for a few years but since covid restrictions and with things back to normal, service has become terrible. SNS is lucky to last 2 weeks and staff are very rough and rude. have noticed that there is never a wait, so I'm guessing others are feeling the same way. have given them the benefit of the doubt as I like to remain loyal tolocal businesses but I will not visit again.

Don't know why so many bad reviews, I love this salon they are always friendly, accommodating and do an excellent job at a great price. I went today and the lady was sp thorough my nails are amazing! Thank you

Yuck! Cleanliness isn't up to standard at all. I walked in for full set and after getting my old set soaked off I had had enough and was out of there!

I wish I came to read reviews before trying them out today. This place made me feel so uncomfortable and upset that I had paid for a service that was sub par and staff that were unprofessional. I had only just sat down and they didn’t even give me enough time to choose my colours, I felt so rushed to choose as she started working on my hands pretty much straight away, while I was flipping through the samples. 2 of my nails weren’t filed properly and when I came back and asked her to fix one finger which had a bit of unfiled nail sticking out, she gave me a really mean look. They keep speaking their own language amongst each other loudly and in front of the customers. Don’t get me wrong, I too speak a different language but never in front of other people, I always switch back to English when someone else enters the room, out of courtesy. Never again coming back to this place.

Im sure im not the only person who takes pride in making sure their nails look good hands and feet!My experience at this beauty salon if you want to call it this was absolutely horrible!I was there with a friend and i only wanted a pedicure.Now just for contexts im all for training staff no issue! BUTRemoval of the shallac using the drill to the point of hurting burning and cutting my skin!No english to be honest no qualifications at all didnt even know how to cut or file nails correctly! It shocked me due to never having an experience like this before. While doing this i changed my mind completely and explained that i didn't want to continue with the pedicure. Got up and got told to pay $40 for what a pedicure that my 4 yr old would have done a better job ! The woman at the desk with her attitude was rude condescending with her smile and just not understanding at all. We pay for a service and if we arent happy you get it right ! Thats called Customer service! if u cant find the qualified staff with the right techniques then dont just hire the next lady to walk past your store and assume she will be right!The amount of people who have got fungus infections from this place is horrifying!NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR TIME OR MONEY! AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Don’t use this nail salon. Safe your time and money. First overcharged. They changed me $45 for shellac nail, my cuticles been pushed back but not tidied! Very unhappy about it! I’ve came in for manicure and shellac nails. The shellac was done ok but under nails was left so much debris ( she was using some type of powder ), and this powder should of been cleaned up. Most of all I was shocked by $45 , my cuticles wasn’t done and under the nails debris wasn’t cleaned. Next time I’m going to someone who does care and who will do a better job! Nails also different lengths.
