Really unhappy with the result of my manicure, pedicure, and shellac. The photos are pretty much self explanatory, all the excess skin, unshaped nails, too many layers of nail polish....The photos have been taken an hour after the service and the nails look like they've been done days ago

I used to come here often and the service was good. However, during my last two visits, the shellac was too thick and not clean. The technician rushed and overfilled my nails, causing my cuticles to bleed.

Customer service was great but overall I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. I paid an extra $20 on top of $55 for SNS to get a navy metallic colour done. Turns out the product painted on top of the black SNS powder is not particularly durable. I'm a week in and it has rubbed and chipped off on nearly every nail. I would have just stuck to regular SNS if I knew it would rub/chip off. Certainly paying an extra $20 for an inferior result is a major let down.

Be aware of hidden fees!I have been going to Adelaide Nails and Beauty for the last 9 months and consistently seeing Lee (who is a sweetheart, and she's great at nail art) a few times I've had a walk in and had 0 issues. Today I had a walk in and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service i received and for this reason i will not be returning.I asked for stiletto nails with two feature nails with a different colour. The green nail is the length I wanted and as you can see the black nails are longer than the rest. Three times i said the right hand is longer than the rest

AVOID. Came here because of the decent reviews however it’s the worst place. They made my nails bleed, and were SO rough and rushed. I have polish on my fingers and there are lumps in the polish on my nails (I got a shellac manicure). They used a dirty paper towel to wipe my hands. The salon itself is unhygienic and the desks are falling apart. I had 2 people - so not like it’s just one person who’s bad. My nails are not even shaped evenly!!!! Just the most disappointing experience and I wanted to be out of there.EDIT: The nail they made bleed has become INFECTED. I highly believe this is due to the unhygienic tools and environment. The nail polish literally lasted ONE DAY, whereas at other stores it won’t chip at all and I’ll have to remove it as my nails grow. Truly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I took my 2 girls today & was totally disappointed with the whole experience.I asked for all acrylics & they questioned if my youngest (13) should get them & SNS would be “safer”. I would prefer it if she didn’t stick her finger in a powder that others had before. I am her parent & the customer - that’s what I asked for - not to be judged. My eldest wanted plain painted acrylics but my youngest & I wanted French tips. I asked if they could do blue tips as my previous nail tech (properly trained & the best I have ever had) but they didn’t have coloured powders so offered to paint the tips. I decided to go the safe option so we got white tips.I know the process of French tips - pink on the nail bed and white on the tip. Well not here! They used white plastic tips and clear acrylic powder over the whole nail. End result - unnaturally short nail beds with a tinge of yellowish colour on the white tips. I have only ever had pink & white powders before so these look dirty already. Plus the filing was bad - one nail has a slanted edge you can see it in the pic. They are also quite rough underneath. The staff were rude, chatting and laughing with each other in their own language at our expense I assume. They laughed at my youngest and when she accidentally set off the UV lamp again the lady slapped her fingers. They also kept walking away to do other jobs leaving my girls with unfinished nails and no explanations. My eldest got OPI painted on hers - the lady doing her nails just walked away when she was done. When I asked if she was ready to go they told her to go sit down over at another table with no instructions. I knew it was a fan for drying but my daughter didn’t know what it was and pulled her nails out which rubbed the polish on a couple of them. One of the ladies got really angry at her so I asked how long she had to stay there. They said it would be fine and sent her out the door after spraying them with polish dryer. I saw the smudged polish on 2 nails so went back to ask them to fix it which they didn’t do properly. I also noticed her cuticle was bleeding so I hope there is no infection.Honestly, I am a little sick of these franchised nail salons. They are often rude and don’t understand what you want. Instead they tell you what you should have at twice the price. Talking to each other in a different language and making fun of people is so rude and disrespectful. Making people feel unwelcome is not how to run a business. I won’t be going back and will stick with Mimi down at Glenelg who are super nice, clean & do a great job.

Got my nails done here and the lady who did them was the absolute sweetest person ever, she did an amazing job, she was very professional and very patient. I have done them here once before and the sns lasted me longer than any other place without breaking or similar. Definitely recommend

This place is the bomb... Ron is one of the best nail technicians I have experienced. Ken also does an amazing pedicure. An amazing experience going to a nail salon with staff who make the effort to speak to you and care about their work. I have had my nails done for over 25 years and this is the first place that I have NOT had to return to for nail repairs and constant lifting. If you want to experience excellent service and quality, this is definitely the place to visit!
