Poor attitude when cancelling, you need to go in personal or be penalized a further 2 weeks if you cancel online (as per the contract). The Werribee Manager is non caring to individual circumstances nor cares to listen without having fast responses to concerns- has no behavior flexibility. Will never give them my business again and suggest you go elsewhere if you are looking for a gym who cares.

Really bad customer service and extremely poor work ethics. Definitely their staff and manager Stephanie and Zoy requires some soft skill training and clearly they are not worried about their negative reviews as so many people have given the feedback that their cancellation process is very difficult and outdated. So they don't let you read the contract when you sign up and just show you on the IPAD where you need to sign, please ensure that you read their contract. In today's world, you have to physically go t there and sign a cancellation form, when we asked if it can be done via email, I was told it will take 14 days. They are nothing but thieves, would never recommend this to anyone.P.S. I have recorded my conversation with them and they are the rudest staff I have ever dealt with.

Don’t sign anything. They don’t care about their members. Last year, I signed 2 year’s membership, and I lost job after lockdown, and I still paid till this year January. I was so sick since December, done my operation on March. I couldn’t pay for anything and own a lot of during this hard time. They only contact me once on February but I missed the call.then they contact me on May said they will cancel my membership on May after I explained my situation, they canceled it in the end of May, nothing negotiation with me even they said we understood your situation. Now they want me pay full of two years membership fee and cancel my membership. I will go to complain to department. They wanted you understand their hardship but they don’t care about member’s hardship. How sad. We all been through pandemic, but they only care about themselves.

One of the best gyms I've ever trained at. The staff are super professional and always happy to answer any questions. The trainers are very knowledgeable and willing to help! As for the facilities, all the equipment and space you could ever want, the group fitness room is massive and they have so many classes! Les Mills are my favourite ones! The IBFHIT area is incredible for functional training too.Overall a super awesome gym to be a part of! Highly recommend.

Great gym at affordable prices. Also, they have just replaced almost all their gear with brand new machines. Always a great time working out here :)

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this gym and would not recommend this place. I would suggest that the business hires more prepare staff to assist customers with respect and invests in improving the car park's layout and markings. Also, they need to improve the classroom upstairs, the place is filthy, dirty carpet and no windows to circulate the air.

No matter what stage you are at in your fitness journey there's a place for you at In Balance Fitness! The level of customer service and care that's provided at this facility is second to none.The range of classes is beyond any other gym I've trained at and they have every bit of equipment you could ever ask for.Definitely ask about the IBFHIT classes if you're considering joining up!

In Balance was the first gym we looked at after moving to the area, and found it pointless to look at any others. After joining with a no-lock in contract to begin with, I found myself joining a 2 year contract for not only the price but also what a good vibe there is at the gym. All the staff are so lovely and the group fitness classes are so much fun. Honorable mention to Cath for being so welcoming when we came in to check it out prior to signing up!
