Distinguished Homes recently completed renovations on our 100 year old home. We can't recommend them enough! They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Their communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Being an old home, there were unexpected challenges along the way, but they were easily handled.Adrian has a really great team - you wont be disappointed!

There was only one company we knew we could trust to build our forever home and that was Distinguished Homes. They helped us design our own custom home, making sure we were getting everything we wanted and then proceeded to execute the build to the highest level of satisfaction. It was so well organised and went so seamlessly. Our home is absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a single thing. Highly recommended!!!

Distinguished Homes came very highly recommended to us just in time as we were preparing to build our first investment home. Adrian, Freda and Kain have made the whole process easy and seamless. Their degree of professionalism is second to none and they genuinely have gone above and beyond for us throughout the whole process- from planning to building! We signed our building contracts in late December 2020, had council approved plans in late February, and now in early September, our property is almost at handover! All of their tradespeople have been professional, fast working and have completed the job to beyond our satisfaction!We’re so happy with Distinguished Homes, that we are already in discussions with them for the next two house builds on the property!

Distinguished Homes built our new home on time and on budget during one of the worst periods in the history of residential building in WA (COVID!). We used Distinguished Homes for an extensive renovation and extension to our circa 1900 timber cottage. I could not recommend them highly enough. The experience was very positive. Communication was open and easy. Adrian, Freda, Kain and the whole team went above and beyond to do a great job for us and keep us informed along the way.We were building at a difficult and unpredictable time (COVID, building & material shortages etc.) but the project was completed in time and on budget.The quality of workmanship was fantastic. There were a number of unexpected things that needed to be repaired in such an old house but Adrian and the team were not fazed by this and took it in their stride. So impressed with the end result and love living in our new house!
