Stephanie from Suzishop deserves more than 5 stars. She was able to source my Toyota part and when it was found out the part could not fit perfectly (different model) she credited back the full payment. Even after wasting her time and effort she was most happy to refund me the full amount. Makes me want to go out and buy a Suzuki so I can go back to her shop. Very helpful and friendly.

Steph was extremely helpful and found the part I needed within minutes, knew exactly what I needed and had it ready by the time I got there. Was extremely friendly and knew who to call if she didn't have the part in stock. Will always check here for parts first before going anywhere else just for the customer service

Not remembering it was a long weekend ! I rang the Suzishop and Irene answered and could not be more helpful . I lost the engine oil filler cap on my Suzuki and she come down to the workshop to leave me a replacement cap for me on this long weekend .Your customer service is above and beyond reproach ! You guys set a high example of service for other wrecking businesses , and helping and old guy keep driving .I could not recommend your business more !Great work !!!!!!!!!!! Our Suzuki Jimny developed a terrible death wobble" at a particular speed. As it was due for a service anyway we took it to a Suzuki dealer in Perth and asked them to service it and deal with the wobble problem. They were HOPELESS!!! They didn't even attempt to solve the problem and blamed me for overloading the vehicle
