After our little Isuzu hit a roo, we sent her to Royans to get fixed up. She came back looking better than new. As well as the new grill, they also replaced a whole side mirror and cleaned her impeccably, better then we could ever do. Adding to all this, they were timely and Stuart was great to work with. Overall, they were over and above my expectations. Well done!

took my skidsteer here to be repaired gave me a quote 0f 50k didint even look over it took it to ultro repairs pakenham and actually looked over it and quoted me not even half of that very rude would never take my machinery back there.

Went for a job here didn’t get the job after something that was totally out of my control. Was great at the start they Promised a lot and don’t deliver.. Not a family company as claim to be… very unprofessional and just unreasonable… workshop manager lacks compassion or insight and understanding…

Probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Darren was the epitome of professionalism and while I hope you don't have to go there, rest assured if you do, you will be looked after incredibly well. I didn't have to do a thing, all liaising with insurance company was done for me and I had no stress.

Darren and the team at Royans are fantastic.I was devastated after damaging my near-new truck a few weeks ago.I was told by the truck dealership that Royans was the best place to take it for repairs and I was not disappointed.They returned my truck repaired, repainted and looking brand new. Communication was also great.Would definitely use Royans for any truck repairs in the future.
