I would never use this Real Estate again, we had them manage our investment property in Wooli and when tenants moved out in November & new tenant moved in 2 days later nothing was done properly. We were first told the old tenants owed 2 weeks rent ( which they didn’t) then told the new tenant was behind a weeks rent ( he wasn’t) we were charged a $352 lett fee when we found the new tenant and Craig advised we would not pay. We had meetings with them where they agreed on the money owing to us and then numerous emails that they don’t answer. They still haven’t paid us money owed to us and it’s now been 2 & 1/2 mths. The reason behind not releasing tenants bonds or paying us money owed is “they are busy” then when our management agreement is cancelled we then find out from New tenant no bond is held for our property. I have never come across a more incompetent and rude real estate that also even though they know these are all their mistakes at no point says sorry we are still owed money as they just can’t get it right even when spelled out for them. So off to Dept of Fair Trading & Tribunal I will go.

I've had black mould for ten years holes in roof and floor and this is just the start also so many hidden charges the house is being condemned the cleaner was a dirty man who done a terrible job

I would think twice before entering into an agreement with this agency. Whether this be selling your property or looking for a holiday rental I strongly suggest to avoid this agency. The staff are very unpleasant and extremely rude.

I was asked for a $500 dollar deposit on top of my rental fee & never reserved a cent back witch was very disappointing good luck..

I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service I have received from this real estate. Both Craig & Jane have gone above and beyond to make our transition to the area as smooth as possible. They went out of their way to provide temporary furniture and cooking equipment for my partner until I can move with our furniture, went and personally hooked up a gas cylinder so we had hot water until the delivery came from Elgas & have answered every email and text with information I needed to get everything connected promptly & professionally. I have never had such level of service from a real estate before!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate!!

Under new management - unfortunately. I've organised holiday rentals through this company for the last 10 years. After my families recent return stay in a tiny cottage in Wooli, a bond claim for 5 hours cleaning.

We arrived to our rental for a weeks stay and needed to contact the manager concerning the state of the BBQ and the lack of cleaning in the house, She was extremely angry and insulting towards us that she had been called out. The house hadn’t been properly cleaned. The BBQ was filthy and gas bottle was illegal (8 years out of date as well having a dodgy regulator). Also, we had to do a thorough clean of the whole house before settling in! She was raging and extremely insulting towards us as well as unwilling to address our concerns in a satisfactory manner.Never had a such bad experience. Avoid this estate management at all costs. It’s amazing they are given any business.

Thank you for a perfect holiday, my partner and I are so relaxed now. A lovely clean house on the beautiful river and were all lovely to deal with.
