Enquired on 18/1/21 to be told someone will call you back, called again the following day saying no one called me back. Sue the receptionist was very apologetic and said someone will call you back. Guess what today because they didn't call me back I spent $4,800 on a winch from their competitors. I can only Imagine how bad their after sales service would be, thank you for not returning my sales enquiry. 1/2 a star and that's only because Sue answered the ph.
