Be nice if they replied to their emails and messages regarding an order that was placed and paid for on the 14th of February, no reply to two messages and an email and still waiting for my parts to come. Phone number not working either.Not very happy at all.

Cant fault the quality of the items I have purchased from Planet Parts. So far I have purchased a radius arm spacer set and a Barra Patrol conversion kit. The prices are extremely competitive, sometimes half the price of other brand names, but of the same quality. Only thing I can fault is the communication. I sent numerous messages through both eBay and via email using the email provided on the contact us page and none of them were answered. If it wasnt for the communication, this would be a 5 star review of the company.

Planet parts if a scan don’t use them they said my address was wrong and said it was sent back to the sender I’ve tried contacting them and have gotten nothing back from them don’t use planet parts

Ordered a NX Pajero spare wheel lift kit. Item received and no big problem. Accurate description on web site. My main problem is according to the web site the existing wheel nuts are to be used. They can't because the spare is mounted with wheel studs not nuts so now I have to buy mag wheel studs so the kit was not a good buy.

Terrific service, wasn't going to arrive before closing time. I advised Adam and he stayed back after hours and waited for me. Just fantastic and the goods l purchased at 1/2 the retail price were exactly as described. Great service and terrific products.
