Geelong All Bins

Great old school customer service, efficient with delivery and pick up and best of reasonable price, would highly recommend.Addition.Since my original review I have dealt with Geelong All Bins on 6 different occasions. On every single one of these occasions Troy has been very accommodating and professional and delivers when he says he is going to deliver. On top of this I have never seen someone drive and drop a bin with such precision. Honestly a allround great business I would not go anywhere else!

I am shocked to read about the good reviews about this service.I called this number looking to book in a bin as I am fully renovating my 5 bedroom house and require the service urgently. Unfortunately, I was met with an extremely rude individual, who did not like the fact that I was shopping around for affordable prices. When I said this, his tone changed and he made very clear that he didn't have time for my questions and told me I was wasting his time. I then called a different company, on a very different number and for some reason the same person answered the call (?) and this time he swore at me and told me that we had just spoken.Suffices to say I was beyond shocked.I will not be using nor recommending this business. No matter how affordable they claim they are. I rather pay extra and get a respectful service and be a returning customer as this is not the only home I own in the area and that I am planning on renovating.

Called Troy for a bin and it was delivered the next morning. Once I was done it was picked up the following morning promptly. Great service and affordable

I highly recommed Geelong Allbins for any waste disposal. You receive immediate service and Troy is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and any information that is needed. I have used Geelong Allbins for the last 5 years and have been very happy with their prices as well.

I have used Geelong All Bins several times and each time I have been extremely happy with their service. The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of there way to assist you. It is rare to find such a professional service in the skip bin industry but these people go above and beyond. Very good value for money. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was left feeling so shocked and confused after my interaction with Geelong All Bins. I reached out on their Facebook after clicking their Book Now button where it says to ask for a price. Upon asking for a price for a skip bin, My question was ignored and they started asking what day next week I wanted the bin delivered. I again explained I’d just like a price before booking to which I was told “they don’t do price wars.”I was just after a price… I have no idea how much skip bins cost. Am I going to be paying $200 or is it going to be $500. Setting an expectation on costs is a fundamental part of running a business… I don’t think there is anything wrong with asking for a price but apparently I did the wrong thing and was told I’d be best to use someone else. If I’d been given a price, I more than likely would have booked the bin there and then but apparently that was too much to ask.

Troy has delivered bins for me and my parents a number of times. I can't recommend him highly enough. His prices are great, communication is great and he's an incredibly friendly guy. He also recycles a lot of what gets put in the bins, which most companies can't be bother doing and I think is a huge plus.
