Great customer service every time I drive in to fill up my car. Don’t know if there are any other places left in Melbourne where they fill up your tank for you. My car also gets regular servicing from the mechanic at Ivanhoe Fuel. Always does an awesome job, reasonable pricing and easy to deal with. Will recommend to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

I had a very bad first experience. On Sunday I saw they were closed, so I left the gas station and there was a big metal pin sticking out of the ground. It belongs to the gas station.Now I am stuck with a flat tyre on a Sunday without fuel. This could have easily be avoided by removing this piece of metal. Very dissapointed by the maintenance of this place...

Terrific no-nonsense mechanic. Called up with a cylinder misfiring when they were fully booked for a few days but still fitted me in the next morning to get me back on the road. Following week organised a service at very reasonable rate and were happy to suggest options to keep price down. Car running beautifully now. The work (both times) was completed promptly by early afternoon, there's ample parking and no stress with drop off or pickup. What more could you ask for.

Outright dangerous and irresponsible. I took my car here for a simple repair to the internal fan behind the dash, and then – the very next morning as I was taking my daughter to kindergarten – the car filled with smoke, caught fire and completely burnt out. After the fire and the fire-brigade finished with it, the car was a right off. I went to back to Ivanhoe fuel and asked for a refund of the repairs that obviously caused the fire and was flatly refused. No apology, no refund, nothing but denial of any responsibility. One star is too many, avoid at all costs…!
