After about 2 years, finally got the call that they will fix a fault. Promised they would come Friday. No call Friday. No call Monday. Tuesday is over and again, no call. I'm over this.

We have the windows for about 13 years. A few niggly things after all that time , with locks that needing a bit of TLC and replacement perspex handles.Dropped into the office/ manufacturing site at Brookvale and got some really useful tips and advice from Peter.Just fitted the new handles and performed a bit of maintenance on the locks and they should be good for another 13 years at least .NOW if only I can easily clean the bit in between (one fixed pane) easily I would be ecstatic.
