We have been customers of Active Mobility systems for years, and the service we have received has been excellent. The hoist and gantry frame that we purchased was a top quality product - they really took the time to look at our situation, they listened to our needs, and they suggested a tailored solution. The staff were very knowledgeable about their products, and they were amazingly helpful before, during and after the sale. We felt very supported and had peace of mind knowing that we were with a trusted and reputable company. Finding the right mobility equipment can be very challenging but coming in to the showroom and having the caring and knowledgeable staff help me look at my options has made a huge difference.For me, it might take some time to organise all the equipment I need, and I might need different options further into the future, but knowing there are staff I can contact and a wonderful showroom to visit and explore has really helped so much.

Zetty has to be one of the worst receptionists in Australia. The way she spoke and looked at me from minute one was demeaning. I was going to walk away but I stayed because I needed to trial an equipment with my client. I have never experienced this kind of treatment since I started working as an occupational therapist.

Warning will Robinson warning!! don't ever use this company on Sunday 18/9 I sent a request for emergency service for my mobility cart received an auto supply saying someone would be in touch no one rang back so I called on Tuesday 20/9 needed assistance as my mobility scooter had blown a fuse under the battery was told to resubmit my enquiry and send pics which I had previously done got no reply after that and waited till end of that week I assumed they didn't get my email as no answer again, this was a matter of urgency I can't get around without it no shopping nothing, I contacted another company on friday 23 /9 and was able to hire a scooter same day and that company and they fixed my cart Monday 26/9 still hearing nothing back from activ I just assumed I'd fallen through the cracks on Thursday 29/9 I finally got a reply saying I had to source my own fuse well duh if I could've done that in the first place I would've already done that but remember no mobility scooter, ps I have the email trail if you don't believe me

Great staff were helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They were also very patient, and helpful despite me arriving close to closing time

I was looked after by Will. Gosh he was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and kind. Everything was done more than perfect! And he didn't leave until even when he was happy with job and he kept asking what else would you like done. What a gem! Thankyou!!! Great servicing team!

This company loses two stars because of Zetty the receptionist is disrespectful & unprofessional she should not be first impressions for Active Mobility! I want give you amazing feedback about Nicholas he is always very professionally via email, over the phone and in person. You need more team members like him and maybe Zetty the miserable receptionist can learn from his exceptional customer service! Nicholas catered for my dads needs and created a seamless customer experience.

I had Will come to my house to service 3 hoists. He was professional, courteous, thorough and extremely nice. He showed up on time and showed respect to my two disabled children. He is definitely now my preferred technician for all future needs.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Leon Sharp for his extreme helpfulness with trialing some wheelchairs. His product knowledge was immense and he answered all my questions in plain English rather than in-house trade terminology which I would not have understood - and that's very rare these days even though good quality customer service is what creates sales and good reputation. He made careful note of the extras and changes I wanted made and has sent an itemised quote which enabled me to realise I can afford the chair I want and the ordering process is now underway. He was professional and gentle and my son easily communicated with him too.
