I have been attending Hair by I D for about 8 years now. Jodi and her team are the most fantastic hairdressers! The salon is just so beautiful and spacious, no cramming in customers. The customer service is above and beyond as well. We are so lucky to have such an amazing Salon in Mackay!

I sent my partner here as a surprise and the girls at ID were brilliant. They made sure that my partner was looked after, they went out of their way to make sure that the surprise was kept a surprise and on top of all that she looked incredible when she left. Couldn't be happier with the service or the outcome. Would recommend Hair by ID to anyone.

Great haircut, Jess was a friendly and talented hair dresser. Nice coffee and cake and a very reasonable price. The decor in the salon is superb, and the staff all very friendly.
