In February this year, I developed shingles following a period of intense pain (and lack of sleep) from my iliotibial tract or IT Band. I visited Ginn in her Quantam leap studio and received amazing relief from the shingles nerve pain. Following several spinal alignments ,the pain from the IT Band was relieved.Since then I decided that I would have a Spinal Alignment every six weeks and this has helped me with chronic stiff neck pain, Left SIJ and ITB pain as well as left shoulder pain.From the Spinal Alignment I have also learned better ergonomic positioning when using the computer and driving.Spinal alignments keep me in good shape and I can recommend Ginn for caring and skilled treatment.

i visited Ginn in April when I was having trouble with my back. It wasn't bad but did not go away as it usually did.
