Turn One Motorcycle

Brought my ST675R to Charlie a couple of days back. My bike was overdue for its 20k service currently @24ks. I noticed a lot of clanking and ticking which was pronounced on 2-4k RPM. Overall the bike rides a little rough. After 2 days of leaving it with Charlie, I was amazed how different the bike ran. It became smooth and responsive. Gear shifting, throttle response, braking--all smooth. Even at low speed (jerky snatchywhen feathering the clutch before) it was smooth. Overall I am so pleased that I went to Charlie. To top it all off, I was charged hundred bucks less than I was quoted for. Thank you, Charlie. I will be sure to bring my bike back for future services.

The best place to take your Triumph if you live in Melbourne. Charlie is a legend and has second to none knowledge. Great workshop and very fair pricing. Wont be taking my triumph anywhere else.

Friends with Triumphs over the years have raved about Charlie and his work, so I rode 105km today (each way) to see if he lives up to the hype.I am pleased to say, he does!I bought a 2014 Street Triple 675 R six months ago and was relatively happy with it.I sent it in for a 15,000km minor service today and couldn’t believe the difference! He fixed a bunch of stuff that was previously slapped together incorrectly (that the dealer missed), adjusted my gear lever, clutch lever, throttle and did something to my engine which made it idle heaps cooler and made my stock exhaust sound much deeper and throatier. And Charlie didn’t charge me much more than the quoted price for the minor service! He also reset my computer and cleared the service ”spanner” warning signal.It is really obvious that Charlie loves Triumphs (the bike and the brand) and his knowledge is incredible.My bike sounds and rides like a completely different bike. I can definitely recommend.Thanks Charlie. See you again soon.

My bike has never run better. Everything is smooth and well adjusted, including brakes, clutch, throttle, and gearbox. He was very upfront about the cost and got it done fast. Absolutely recommended if you have a triumph. Charlie is also a top bloke! Won't be going anywhere else.

Took my 22 street triple rs for its first service to Charlie at turn one. He is a genius. Service was far less than that quoted by the dealer where I purchased the bike. Charlie not only serviced the bike, due to his specialist knowledge of all things triimph he made other changes to the bike that made it ride like a whole new machine. The noticeable changes are genuinely astonishing especially considering the dealer would have only changed the oil and filter. If you own a triumph go nowhere but here. Amazing

Drove 2 hours to take my 2003 RS to Charlie for a service. I thought the bike performed well before, now it's a different bike. Not sure what he did but the performance and ride are a world better. I would not go anywhere else. The guys knows Triumphs.

Top place, rang in the morning to see if they could have a look at a puncture on my bike, said they probably wouldn't be able to do it that day. Rocked up at midday and they fixed there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I'm in Melbourne. Had an old school motorbike feel to the place! If anything was wrong, just a little work on attitude while on the phone but that's it!

Service, friendliness and passion for Triumphs that is above and beyond.I came in for a minor service. On top of that Charlie worked his magic and made my clutch lighter, adjusted the kick stand, brakes, pegs, gear shift lever and quick shifter. Premium oil and race brake pads used. The quick shifter is so smooth now for high and low speed gear changes. Cost was far lower than when I used to take it to the Triumph dealer/service garage near by. Thank you Charlie.
