Quest Preston

Great location, staff and experience (family of four people).Rooms are very new and well appointed. Basement car park also has several spots with power points, which worked really well charging our EV. Definitely worthwhile asking if you’re in same situation as us (looking for a charging point).Reception staff were very accommodating with several request we had.

Had a last minute medical trip to Melb and most of our known places around Ivanhoe & Heidelberg were booked due to major events in Melb. On an off chance I called QP and explained our situation to Melisa who said they were heavily booked but would see what she could do and call back. 10 mins she called and said she had arranged a room - fantastic customer service.Room was great - spacious modern clean and fully equipped. Gym & BBQ area and a10 min walk to many Asian food outlets & Preston Market - would highly recommend

Great location for us. Service from reception was exceptional. Rooms were fine with good cooking facilities. Bathroom had roomy shower.

Recently visited the Quest Preston for a personal trip to the City. From booking to check out I can not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly & so lovely to deal with. The room was spotless & had everything that we required. Couldn't fault the place. Luckily had lovely city views too. The receptionists recommendation of food choices close by was spot on!

Confortable and tidy rooms. Exceptional service at the front desk. Pam made finding a room and checking in a breeze and was very helpful. If I was staying in the area again I believe I would revisit the Quest Preston.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at you pay 250$ for a single night then they force you to check out early they I was badly spoken to and was charged extra for leaving 1 hour after 10am I checked in at 2pm the previous day standard procedure should be I get the room for 24 hours considering 2pm is the earliest check in time I wouldn't send my worst enemy here also your pay high prices for 2 single beds put together there are no king sized beds here it's a fast advertisement

My boyfriend found this hotel earlier this year. Since he is originally from Melb and his family lives in the area, he’s stayed at Quest Preston at least 5 times already! And I’ve been with him here 2 out of those 5 times. Have always been happy with the cleanliness, service and price. I like that they always come and make the bed everyday, change our towels and generous with the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. I also very much like the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel they provide. We like the parking facilities. Keep up the good work and we hope the place continues to be maintained well so we can continue to stay here! We’re already planning to book for our trip next month and in Dec!
