Inspired Physiotherapy

As a teacher I have been recommending and sending my students to Deb and the team at Inspired Physiotherapy for years. Every team member is so knowledgeable and have worked wonders for many of my students to ensure their bodies are strong and safe to achieve what they need to achieve. It’s amazing to have such a brilliant team of physiotherapists to rely on at any moment of the year.

It is with no is a hesitation, that I leave this review for Inspired Physiotherapy.. Over the years I’ve been to the clinic for lower back, knee and rotator cuff issues. My work involves heavy, lifting I have their number on speed dial. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Inspired Physiotherapy because of the welcoming staff. I have been a client of Deb's for several years now and I have seen her for multiple dance-related injuries and she has always been able to resolve them. I was recommended by a friend to take my daughter to Deb and the team at Inspired Physiotherapy and I could not recommend them highly enough. As my daughter is extremely active and does multiple sports, Deb has helped resolve the initial injury issue and is now supporting her with exercises to negate future issues. I now take both my daughters as Deb speaks fluent dance and completely understands our needs.

Deb and the team are great! Deb identified an injury within our first session, an injury that another physio at a different clinic had misdiagnosed. Deb was able to reduce pain significantly and give me exercises, which meant I did not have to return - whereas the other physio had me coming on a weekly basis. I do aerials as a hobby, and I still see Deb when I have a performance or have pain from training – Deb’s expertise in dance/movement has meant she can understand what I need or what I am doing from an aerial point of view. I highly recommend Inspired Physiotherapy!

We have been clients for several years for dance and non-dance related issues (ranging from fractures to muscle issues to rehab from ankle recon and knee replacement) and cannot speak more highly of all the staff, especially Deb and Nicole. They are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to diagnose and create personalised programs and really listen to concerns no matter how trivial. I have been seeing Deb and her team for many years and would gladly recommend Inspired Physiotherapy to anyone looking for a physio that really does care about their patients.I've had a few injuries over the years and can always rely on the team at Inspired to get me back on track as quickly as possible.They really have gone above and beyond with my rehabilitation and exercise planning/programming.They have kept me motivated when I have had setbacks in the past with my training and helped me see the bigger picture and the positive results over the long term.Oh yeah, another big plus is that parking is easy and free! You don't find that too much in Sydney :D
