Can’t say I was that impressed with the banh mi. Crackling pork skin was a little rubbery and the roll wasn’t tiger bread roll as advertised at the window.

Can always rely on having a great Bahn mi here. The Bahn mi is always fresh and delicious and the crackling is the best I’ve had. The people working there are lovely and always greet you with a smile and the owner even held and cuddled my baby while I was gathering my things which was really sweet. Highly recommended!

Good banh mi, but owner is a bit abrupt unfortunately…. Asked me whether I want anything else, I replied I was asking my mom whether she wants anything, she replies yes or no impatiently…. Love banh mi, but unfortunately won’t feel like going back again….

Finally I found a great banh mi place without having to go to Springvale!! While Springvale one is still better, this one comes close! Very tasty roast pork banh mi! I can see this place is very popular too with lots of regulars. While the place is small, there are a couple of tables outside to sit which is great!

Best Banh Mi around for miles. So good, as are all the baked good in store. Passionfruit tarts are amazing. People working there are lovely as well, and fast!

The best Banh Mi I have had so far. Tried the renowned one in Springvale and still liked this one better. The Roast Pork and crackle is amazing, much better than the places that cook the crackle separate.

Delicious bahn mi with a generous amount of fillings (plenty of meat and lots of crunchy salad veg). Roast pork is always crispy with plenty of crackle.The sweets are also great - I recommend the vanilla slice and lemon tart.The customer service is exceptional as well!

Owner is lively and lovely, food is always made very fast and the pork roll is delicious! Can’t stop getting them! Vietnamese iced coffee also very strong and delicious!
