My home wifi was not working and called 4 times to fix it . Changed the modem as well. Still it’s not fixed. The people who were tried to help couldn’t find the fault. I am so upset about the communication and not satisfied the way they helped

Absolutely Shocking !!!In the last year, my store has had the worst experience with Phones & Internet.I cannot recall a day that we have not lost connection... This has been the worst experience.I get nowhere !!! Noone cares !!!I don't know what we pay for !!!

Does not have any advice about telephone solutions for businessess, 6 months no response regarding telephone handsets and they just send you to a call centre despite being their business customer and signing up with them. There is always a problem with our service and even when they say it is fixed, a few ombudsman claims later and still having issues.

I had to sit in a business center to call their Telstra hotline to help me . A business center couldn’t help much on business solutions . . .not to mentioned to stand outside the business solution center to call Telstra customer service hotline during winter ; is not a pleasant experienceBut I am glad the problem has been solved on the phone with the customer officer Snehal. Cheers :)
