I have been seeing Dr Kristy for a few years and can honestly say it’s been the best investment for my skin, face and overall appearance. I feel and look better than I ever have, especially since I’m turning 40 next year. I’ve learned a lot about my skin and don’t regret ever going to see her. Thank you to the team and the business for making me feel more confident as almost enter my 40s! ♥️

As a skincare novice (in my 40s), I went for a consultation at PMAC. The team are so welcoming, warm and friendly. At no point did I feel judged for being terrible at looking after my skin. Instead, I was guided through options in a professional and caring manner. Pauline set me off with a simple skincare routine which has been INCREDIBLE. For my follow up appointment I had a peel & heal, again I was made to feel welcomed and safe, the team are so thorough and knowledgeable and talk you through treatments step by step. Perfect for skincare novices like me! My skin feels amazing, can’t wait for my next appointment! Thanks PMAC team xx

Today I was looked after by the lovely Naomi for a Tribella treatment. Naomi was wonderful. She was very well versed with the treatment and educated me in the process from start to finish. She also explained it to me in easy to understand terms. Naomi kept me informed throughout the process and explained steps along the way. Naomi was very professional. The reception team are also wonderful. Each time I have been in they have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Review in 6-8 weeks and looking forward to seeing the results and discussing future skincare.

You will not find a more professional, caring and friendly clinic! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile by Sheree. She made the booking process incredibly easy and immediately put me at ease.Naomi! What an incredible skin technician. Never have I experienced such a caring and gentle approach. Her incredible knowledge was impressive and she reassured me throughout my procedure to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. There aren’t enough stars on here to rate this clinic.(I drive up from Sydney for every treatment, that’s how good they are!)

I always enjoy attending Port Medical Aesthetics Clinic. I am always greeted with a warm, friendly smile from Sheree and Sarah It is obvious that the team at the clinic enjoy working together. Naomi is delightful and has carried out my treatments with care and competence. The expectations of the treatments are fully explained to me and I always feel confident with her abilities. I also recently had treatments with Dr. Erin and she was lovely, very caring and professional. Thanks guys from Joy.

As soon as you walk in to the clinic, you’re welcomed in by a super friendly receptionist Sarah. Sarah does a fantastic job and is always super lovely, professional and a pleasure to see. The clinic is always clean and there is an amazing Fish-tank to sit and look at whilst you wait. I have been seeing Naomi for past five months or so for some skin treatment, and it has done wonders in repairing a blemish I have on my face. She is also super professional, friendly and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic and will be definitely coming back.Thanks ladies for all your hard work, 11/10.Kind regards,Luke.
