Got 2 new tyres on BBS rims.Took 2 weeks to get the tyres in. I got told 2 days to get them in.They didn't put the BBS valve caps back on. Emailed and called them multiple times to get them back. No return calls or emails. The guy who was sorting" it for me suddenly no longer works there. Eventually got told "we cant find them".I said I guess I will have to order some more.Reply was "yeah".........Do yaself a favor and don't bother going there. Bright lights doesn't mean good customer service."

Service was great and everyone was super friendly. The employees went above and beyond to find a requested calliper paint that was not so common, however the end result is amazing, highly recommend these guys for if you’re chasing new wheels.

I very much appreciate the care that was given in helping me choose the right wheels for my car, Luke was very helpful and I believe he advised me to choose the ones that would best suit the car it looks terrific, I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended, fast, friendly and my car looks amazing complete new look from stock

Had new tyres fitted and balanced. They said they road tested it but it started shaking very badly at 90kmh to 110kmh. I took it back and they rebalanced, road tested and said it was perfect, but I would say its worse now. Clearly they didn't take it above 90kmh because it almost gives me a headache. Having to take it to the dealership to look at. Extremely incompetent workmanship even if it's caused by something other than tyres, to not pick that up.

These guys are amazing! Booked my Toyota Hilux in for wheels, tyres and a lift. They knew I was leaving for Cairns and made it work, they pushed hard and worked late into the Friday afternoon. They also did something that wouldn’t happen anywhere else, they mentioned they couldn’t get the quoted rear shock absorbers, but had an upmarket shock absorber in stock and threw that in for free!!!I couldn’t be happier! If anyone needs a lift or suspension work done, use these guys at Ozzy tyres Caloundra
