My Rheem water heater finally ended its life after 17 years of services. I needed it replaced urgently. I called Daniel the night before, shared some photos of the existing installation. He was able to find a replacement unit with correct model straightaway, get it installed and have the old unit removed next day! I am impressed by his fast and efficient action. Our walk-in shower was draining too slowly which meant that water was overflowing to the rest of the bathroom. I called Hassle Free Plumbing and Daniel was able to organise Matt to drop by within a couple of hours. Matt was quickly able to clear the gunk that was blocking the shower drain and was also able to clear the sink that was also draining slowly. I'd post photos but it was pretty disgusting so I'll save you that!To be clear, I wasn't expecting anyone to be able come around for at least a couple of days. Having Matt onsite within a couple of hours was extraordinary (and something I wouldn't assume would be able to happen every time - I suspect I got lucky).In short, I'd highly recommend Hassle Free Plumbing for their service, professionalism and timeliness.Thanks Daniel and Matt!

Daniel and his team are great! We had problems with our gas which a different plumber couldn't figure out. Daniel really tried absolutely everything to figure out what was going on, which ended up being cross metering. The dedication he had to figuring out the problem is to be applauded. I am so thankful that Daniel came out to help us because it's been too many days without a hot shower! We have had other members of the Hassle Free plumbing team out to our place before and they could not get better. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.
