I went here with my wife and young son just after 5pm the other week. The store was very busy as the school year had just started. Caroline, who I think may have been the store manager, told us they might struggle to fit our son by closing time (5:30pm). We waited anyway and the staff had managed to serve all the customers ahead of us. Caroline fitted our son for a new pair of Crocs and he was over the moon. All the staff were very nice and just a pleasure to deal with. Well done.

Great spot for kid’s shoes. Lucy was fantastic- very helpful and knowledgable. Queue system is easy to use. Professional fitting gives you confidence the sizing is correct. Explained what we wanted and managed to get both school shoes and casual slides in record time. Highly recommend this place for great service and an excellent range of footwear (especially for kids with wider feet).

As always, a successful visit to Shoes & Sox. We live rurally so a proper shoe fitting at a shoe store is always at the top of our list when we visit Melbourne or Adelaide. The kids are always fitted well and the shoe choices are great.

This has been my go-to shop for school shoes since my first child started in Prep 9 years ago.The staff are consistently friendly, even to my children. They are also efficient and knowledgeable. I love the new QR code queuing system - a great initiative. Can’t argue with the 20% discount on school shoes exactly when you need them, either!

Had a great experience with my daughters shoe fitting. Staff were really nice and helpful. Did have to wait for about 20 mins but hadn’t booked an appointment.
