Sadly, not a free camp. Expensive big rigs only. Right by the loud highway. Also not a country pub, modern and charmless. Try elsewhere if you are looking for a proper pub experience.

We have just stayed 2 nights at the Mount Moriac Hotel and it’s a great spot. Free camping is always a bonus when on the road for a long time and there was plenty of space with a pretty outlook. The food at the Hotel is great - we had Saturday lunch with our son and his partner - and we all enjoyed our meals. The location is very convenient for visiting Geelong and Torquay less than 30 minutes drive away. Many thanks for a very pleasant stay. Cherryl and Rudi, and Marlo our Labradoodle dog.

Such a great option, safe and away from the road, but can find a private spot. The pub is wicked, the food is amazing and the staff are all cool as! Will def be coming back
