Ordered an audio cable on Tuesday evening and it arrived in my mail on Thursday morning. That's really impressive! The cable itself is a high quality product and it has a 3 year warranty. The order also included a Thank You card. It is great to be able to support a small Australian business that employs local people. I recommend them highly!

I purchased 5 iPhone charging cables from them, so far have opened 2. They aren’t working properly so I emailed them requesting to return the entire 5, 3 being still in their packaging. I got an email back a few days later saying that my order had been packed and would soon be shipped. So my order, the one I have at my house and am attempting to return.. is going to be shipped to me soon? Not good enough. Seems like a generic response and my email wasn’t read.

Excellent service Cable Chick Team! This was the first order I have placed with you and I couldn't be happier! I placed the order at 1.20PM in the outer Adelaide area last Friday and the order arrived at my door at 12.55PM on Monday! Yes, Monday. That's impressive since Xmas is three weeks away!
