I joined source because I wanted to support a small, local provider. They were great when we 1st joined up. However, I have tried contacting them in a number of ways; email, phone both 1300 number & mobile number & chat bot, over a period of weeks & got NOTHING, crickets!!! Very unhappy with their customer service. That’s what u get for trying to support the little guys!

Have been a Telstra customer for years. Had a lot of problems with Telstra customer support. Switched to the NBN with Source Internet because I met Alex and Matt at the shopping centre. Didn’t know you could get this level of support from a Internet provider. They made everything super easy and sent out a technician the day after setting me up because the internet was dropping out. They fixed the problem that day for free and haven’t had a problem since. Great value.
