They charged me restocking fees for an item which wasn’t available in store. Also mentioned it could have been done without any fee if ordered online. Seriously?

I had a fantastic experience the staff here. Polite, informative and well versed with their products. I tried a number of boots to fit the correct size and fit. The lady who assisted me was patient, knowledgeable and we ended having a lovely conversation about our families. Great store but with it being set so far set from the street it does need more signage to compliment a large store and to compete with the other nearby safety stores ,otherwise you won't pickup passing trade .

Friendly staff helpful info and buy enough manager usually gives a gift of some kind (;Great place to buy whatever you need for proper work, wouldn't go anywhere else honestly. 100% recommend them.
