Arrive early to enjoy the spaciousness of Memories of India, this place is popular with locals. Great efficient #service with a smile.... #takeaway and delivery possible. Plenty of car park. Great for date. The entree, Chatpati Padi was delicious crispy with complimenting flavours, could be a nice #dessert also. The palak paneer (a personal favorite) not too salty, and with plenty of curd cheese. The #lamb #roganjosh was tasty, not too salty, but the beef chilli masala had a slight coconut flavour which complimented the dish. Finish the dishes with a mango #lassi.

Came in to order takeaway and waited over an hour for food. There was people who ordered after us and got their food before us. Didn’t take a name for our order. People in the restaurant who had ordered after us even got their food before us and we had already been sitting there for 30 mins. Couldn’t provide a till receipt as the prices in the till didn’t match their pricing on their menu

Have been coming to memories since they opened and have loved loved the food. Haven't been for quite a while and unfortunately visited last week. I don't know what has happened but it's not the same food. The food was honestly terrible and that's being polite. Such a shame

Take away last night was more of a soup than a curry. More meat in the dishes please. Naan breads and rice were good but do not make up for the over saucing.

My friends and I refer to this place as flavor town. You must try the Afghani chicken as it will make you break out into dance and jump for joy. Chicken Tikka, Punjabi chicken, garlic Naan.....I could go on forever this place is the beeeesss kneeeeesss

Food was average at best and portions fairly small. Paid for our table of 4 which I didn't mind spending $185 for given we had 3 entrees, curry and rice each. 3 out of 4 of us had a soft drink too however when I asked for an itemised receipt the staff were unable to charge for drinks and put this down as nan's instead at 5 and 6.90 each. We were charged for more than what we actually bought and when I questioned this two staff could not understand what I was explaining and insisted I was charged correctly. I tried to explain that we were over charged a drink (written down as a nan at $5) as I had table water for myself and everyone else had a drink. However they insisted the charge was correct and that each person was to be charged a drink each...I just accepted this at the time as it was not worth the embarrassment and hassle however just be aware they may try rip you off too. Check your receipts and be aware portions are very small for a curry which you pay approx $28 for. Rice at $5.50 a serve is like the 2 min packet rice you put in the microwave from woolworths.

$28 for tiny serving sizes. Such a rip off. Won't be back, won't recommend to anyone. Only came here because Saffrron in Alawa is shut on Monday. Saffrron good, Memories of India rip-off merchant.

Food was fantastic. Our only feedback was we asked for mild and it was very spicy and literally had whole chillies in the dal. Delicious for me but too hot for my 3-year-old.Also, the restaurant toilets were pretty dirty and needed a quick clean.Regardless, the food was delicious and I'll definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed. Spent $180 for dinner. Ordered 3 takeaway serves of Butter chicken. $28 for medium takeaway containers with very little chicken in them. Little to No value for money. Such a rip off. Won't be back, won't recommend to anyone.Ordered 4 serves of garlic Nan bread, some were burnt.Ordered 2 serves of Papadums, they were stale.
