Beacon Dog Training Nerang

We attended the Beacon Essentials dog training recently with our cavoodle Sophie. The trainer, Jules was excellent and very knowledgeable with regard to training. The course content was good and covered some very helpful, day to day training tips. We would highly recommend Beacon Training. Trish & Geoff

Great value dog training. Not only are the evening courses great for learning the essentials, the weekend puppy play group is a great way to teach them good social behavior and - most importantly - what we need to be doing as the dog owner to support good behaviour. I imagine the daycare is great as well, given it's run by the trainers.Getting in can be a little awkward, so check Google maps for how to get in before you come for the first time.

We enrolled our 2 year border collie in the Beacon Essentials 6 week course and it has been an amazing experience. Jules was an incredible trainer that spends time with everyone personally within the lessons and helps you adapt your training to your dogs individual needs. The learning was both super fun and informative. I have been recommending Beacon to everyone who is seeking dog training - I wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️

I found the instructors to be knowledgeable, approachable and easy to follow. They have awesome homework content to practise in a simple and well explained email. Always willing to help or support your dog training journey. We loved our Beacon classes. Many thanks !

I bought my beautiful Golden Retriever home in November 2019 & was recommended to Beacon Dog Training through a Gold Coast Golden Retriever Facebook group. We have since completed Puppy Pre-School, Puppy School & Part 2 along with the advanced Calling All Dog’s & Leash Manners Class as well as attending the weekly puppy & adolescent play groups until my girl reached the age limit! We will also soon be starting the Tricks Master Class and can’t wait! The Beacon team have been incredible trainers every step of the way and our girl is growing into a wonderful adult dog because of it. Beacon was exactly what I was searching for in terms of positive reinforcement training and being able to learn to understand my dog and form a wonderful bond and relationship with her. I am so glad we found Beacon & highly recommend them!

Beacon Dog Training have been absolutely incredible in helping me to learn about my dog's behaviour and how to train him. I have had a number of dogs in the past and been to puppy schools before, however this school is in another league. After my experience with Beacon Dog training I wouldn't go anywhere else, as I have learnt so much. They are super supportive and you can see how much they love dogs. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Beacon. A big shout out to Jules and Sam for your wonderful teaching and guidance.

We completed the Beacon Essentials course with Jules, and had an amazing experience. As first time puppy parents, she helped us to understand the ins and outs of dog training, and was incredibly supportive and reassuring every step of the way. The homework sheets were so helpful and thorough, and Jules went above and beyond to provide extra info and tips when needed. We now feel prepared and educated on how to continue to teach our rescue pup, Finn, to be a certified good boy! I would recommend training with Beacon, and with Jules, to every dog owner!

Fantastic dog training and doggy daycare facility, run by a group of wonderful people who deeply understand and care for your pets.We've been delighted with how our puppy has progressed through Beacon's training. Weekly classes and homework have been brilliant. Jules, Sam and Maddie's support and hands-on, positive reinforcement approach to dog training has helped us shape our puppy into a well-socialised, intelligent and happy labradoodle.Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Loved training little Evie with Beacon. Jules did our puppy part 1 & 2 and she was great! Very patient with all our questions. Evie is the first puppy I have had as my other experience was shelter dogs at older ages. They give you great information and Evie is so well trained already. We especially love playgroups where Evie learnt to socialise politely as she can be a bit overwhelming for other dogs with all her energy and friendliness. Puppy preschool with Sam was fantastic as well and really a relief for new puppy parents. They really know their stuff here and are super friendly and helpful. More than happy to answer any question or talk through any behaviours. We hope to go back for a fun tricks master class course soon.

The team at Beacon has an abundance of experience when it comes down to dog training! Our pup initially started with just the pre puppy school and puppy play date weekly, which was free. We see how he thrived and enjoyed going to Beacon and we enrolled him into puppy one and two. We learnt so much from the team at Beacon, we even enrolled into the leash manners and trick master class. We couldn't recommend the team at Beacon enough. They were very helpful, professional and responsive to any questions we had about dog training.
