After I fell down the stairs BKT therapy was recommended to me to help with my back pain. I hadn’t slept well or been able to move freely for about two weeks before getting the massage. Ange worked with me to locate the area causing the pain and targeted it during our session. She also gave me some stretches to do so I would get the most relief, long term, for my back. I HAVE NOT HAD PAIN SINCE!! I am so happy that I’ve been able to get back to my busy life. 100% would recommend and I will be returning myself to work on other areas of tension. Thank you Ange!
