Fantastic, efficient service and extremely customer focussed from quote to installation. Everyone from office staff to installers were amazing to deal with. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

We had our gas heater installed today by Pete and Josh and they were so professional from start to finish I can't praise them enough.They took there time to make sure everything was perfect and when they finished Pete explained everything about how to use the remote.I would highly recommend Mr gasman to anyone thinking about having a heater installed.They also offer a range of service options as well.

I recently purchased a Lopi gas log heater from Mr Gasman. The customer service and installation service provided by the Mr Gasman team was exceptional. This is a family run business that prides itself on what they they deliver to their customers. My neighbour recommended their services to me and I too would recommend the Mr Gasman team. Purchased a new Brivis evaporative cooler from Mr Gasman Mornington and the whole process was wonderful to say the least. Mr Gasman has a very friendly team who went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied from time of quoting to completing the installation. I had almost given up hope of having a gas log fire, before l was recommended to try Mr Gasman! The minute l walked in the door l knew l was at the right place!! Very friendly and professional staff, who genuinely want to help you to have what you want.I knew that it might be difficult ( impossible maybe?) to be able to connect gas to my lounge room because, amongst other difficulties , l shared a wall with a neighbour. Peter was willing to take on the challenge and overcame all difficulties to connect the gas and install the heater!Added to that, the site was left neat and clean! Even though he had to burrow under a driveway, dig up a garden, drill through walls, etc, etc, when he left there was no sign of him ever having been here, except for the heater in the lounge room!! ( Yes! Even the plants in the garden were replanted!!!)I can thoroughly recommend this business!!

Mr Gasman did a wonderful job replacing our old wood burner with a new gas heater. This involved removal and disposal of the old heater and flue, plus connection of gas to the property for the first time. Mr Gasman’s work was done in stages, as it had to be coordinated with other trades. Mr Gasman’s work was carried out efficiently and reliably at every stage, and completed to the highest standard of quality. We could not be happier with the final result - and thoroughly recommend Mr Gasman.

Mr Gasman was fantastic to deal with especially during lockdown. They drew up and supplied materials for our ducted heating system replacement with perfect balance. No hassle to swap and add a few items along the way either, highly recommend Tracey and her team :) Thankyou

Great local family business!! Jake, Tracey and the whole Mr Gasman team are outstanding. They provide a super modern experience backed by old school values. When evaluating a project Jake and the team give options and recommendations completely focussed on providing the very best result for the most reasonable investment. The team communicate realistic and accurate start times and the work starts when it is promised. On site the team are old school - they do the work with minimum disruption and leave the place better than when they left it. Having had a lot of trades at our place recently, the Mr Gasman team are the only ones to not leave a mess when they leave.
