After ordering a pizza on the phone same as I get every week, went to pick up it was wrong, after 3 more attempts still wrong, i said don’t bother just give me a refund, which was refused, so I waited while waiting Colleen went to Michael and said I’ll never serve Colin again. So after being a customer for years I won’t go back that’s how they treat customers as far as I’m concerned they won’t get another cent off me.

Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Every time we come down from Sydney I’ve always got this place on my mind. Authentic Italian style pizza. Homemade dough, homemade wood fire oven. A warm family feel with a cozy outside area at the back where you can watch the pizzas being made while listening to old classics and have a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

They need to improve on their stock levels. I went in to buy certain items and left empty handed. Customer service was dreadfull. Maybe the area needs a second General Store to improve quality thru competion. I ended up going to Woolies got what I need at a cheaper price.

Visited from out of town - pizzas are hands down best we’ve had. The people who work here are also so lovely which just adds the charm of the whole experience. We’ll definitely be back!
