Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They were unable to quote my charge at drop off, they took 5 days longer than promised, and clothes were returned uncleaned and some damaged including designer labels. Oh, and they tell you the price upon collection. Very sad outcome.

The shop was undergoing renovation but operating 2 doors down. The owner went out of her way to help and clothes came back 2 days later all clean and ironed - very good….

Jill and her team are extremely professional and diligent. We take our rental linen in once/twice a week and they always make sure it’s ready in time for our next guest. The linen is always returned like new; clean, fresh and pressed. Highly recommended!
