BSP were fantastic! I am a very fussy person and I must say I am very pleased with what I got back. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the powder coating application but they also worked with me in getting exactly what I needed done. Even on pick up, they spent extra effort in packaging up my products for easy shipment.I recommend BSP 100%!!!Great pricing, great service, great work!!!

Don't expect any communication from this poorly run business .Took a colebrookdale setting for sandblasting and powder coating had to chase them for a price with commitment it would be ready after a week went back two weeks later and job has still not been done .spoke to one of the employees who suggested get it sandblasted elsewhere .At no stage did the make any attempt to contact me to advise .Poor customer service . Would not recommend to my worst enemy

10/10 incredible pricing could not beat it! Redid my bullbar literally straight away with short notice no hold ups had it done quicker than I could have asked for. Will 100% be back for further works including trusting this great work with my tray down the track. Cheers!

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!For starters the job was meant to take 1 week ended up being 3 weeks with multiple confusions!!Very unorganised and unprofessional.Wrecked one of my parts and they didn’t want anything to do with it.If there was 0 stars I would have given that!DO NOT RECOMMEND

A family friend had a wrought-iron table made by her father in the 1940's that was rusting outdoors. After failed attempts to personally sand and paint I contacted a few companies over the Christmas holidays to get some quotes.Adam from BSP was extremely quick to respond (during the Christmas holiday period!) and provided a quote in response to a few photos. I was concerned that the price might change when I eventually took the table there but no... charged exactly as quoted. It was a pleasure dealing with him/BSP. He accomodated my need to do it all in a day (I had to rent a ute to transport the table) and even refused to let me carry the table when I got there... he got his staff to help him. Now that's top class cistomer service!!!I then had questions about the powder coating process as the table has huge sentimental value to which he took me through the entire process showing me the equipment and explaining each step. It was great to see the neat well equipped workshop and examples of work they had done.Finally, the finished product... amazing... my family friend was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the results. To top it off BSP offered a great warranty on their work. Just a great experience all round.
