Such a terrible experienced I just had. Owner itself was very very rude and she even said that you have uneven eyebrows I can’t fix it without knowing that one of her staff did it to me previously.

The place was closed as the worker was having lunch which is totally fine. I came back an hour later after doing my shopping and the staff member told me to come back in 15 mins because she was talking on the phone and eating her lunch. Hmmmmm?

Pathetic service, I ended up losing half eyebrows. Extremely bad service. Workers have no training and No point of complaining to owner.

Since the owner hasn't been avaliable there is always someone different on and I attend once a month and they change the shape of my eye brows and get thinner everytime. Its a no go from now on!!!

I haven't had any complaints with the staff at Brow Bar, generally my eyebrows look great afterwards and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my friends.
