Purchased American Oak from this supplier. Asked to have it cut to size and gave a sheet with all measurements to them. They said they could do that. picked it up not cut to size. If they don't cut to size they should say that they don't cut to size. Wood was great!! Had to get a couple of more lengths months later. Picked it up and both pieces on both sides had stains on them. I was told by the owner that that was part of the wood. He said my expectations were too high. Can't image why my expectations were high given that all the other wood i got previously was perfect, so why wouldn't I expect the same standard. Wouldn't do a couple of new pieces and said I'm just going to give your money back. Showed numerous other timber suppliers and they said it was definitely not part of the wood. Might have great wood but really really poor customer service. Perhaps they didn't appreciate a woman coming in to get timber. Boys get your act together.

Friendly and helpful service products have been good

I use these guys mainly for Cedar products, they're able to get me most things in a short turn around even with the current supply issues. Great Service and Pricing. Thanks Daz!

Very good customer service from all of the staff I have been served by over phone. Some wood provided has some bows which is pretty poor - not a real issue for me as I have the means of easily removing them, however could be problematic to other customers.

I deal with a lot of suppliers and I must say that the service was good then poor. The timber I ordered was perfect, couldn’t fault. No responses to my emails regarding delivery confirmation and when the truck arrived, the driver was extremely rude and surprisingly had no mask. There instagram boosts about how good they are doing with social distancing ect. I won’t buy anything from them again. Customer service is a huge part of doing business
