Great customer service from Nick. Approachable, no hard sales pitch and helped us find the option that was right for us now. Really helpful follow up support to sort out an issue for us too.

Came late in afternoon from country to see them. It was close too there time for closing, yet they stayed open due to us phoning ahead. Ended up buying not just a washing machine but also new fridge. The sales guy Nick was an awesome with his customer service. Ask to wrap the fridge up good and boy they did just that! Would definitely recommend to anyone. WILL be back to buy more

I cannot speak highly enough about this place!! From my first visit, I was welcomed with competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I purchased a complete kitchen package a year ago. Their after sales customer service has blown my mind. Unlike other places who can be quite dismissive once the sale has been made, Nick and Jeanie have been AMAZING. I had a small issue with my cooktop which was easily remedied by the staff and recently my sink has had a minor issue. Nick and Jeannie have gone above and beyond to sort out the issue, as the distributor has been rather unhelpful. At no point, have I been brushed off. Instead, I have been fully supported and kept in the loop. If you are after great post-sales customer service, do yourself a favour and shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently got a fridge through SA Appliances - the staff were very helpful and patient while I was selecting a fridge, talked me through different options that fit what I was looking for, and helped me organise a layby which I appreciated. When delivery time came, I got a call to explain they didn't have the white fridge I'd reserved, but I could choose between a stainless steel model straight away, or a white one in a couple of weeks. No worries - I went for the stainless steel. Delivery was smooth and the team were very communicative throughoutI got hold of them after delivery to ask for a proof of purchase - I called a few times over the course of about a week, and still no receipt, but the team were friendly and happy to help each time I called, so I wasn't upset. I suffer from social anxiety and I'm disabled, so having already rung them 3x, I sent an email to the team with some feedback about my experience, and told them I didn't want to worry about a receipt any longer. I then had one staff member call my mobile and unload on me for an issue that 1. I wasn't made aware of, 2. was outside of my control, and 3. wasn't related to the receipt issue, which was pretty startling, because we'd had very friendly and productive communication between myself and the team until that point. But, I understand that a friendly tone of voice doesn't translate very well into words on a computer screen, so perhaps they thought I was truly angry, or trying to harass them. Anyway, I did eventually get the info that I needed, so I appreciate that we could eventually work together to resolve the problem.There are a few things that could have improved my experience, but weighing up all the pros and cons, I still don't think it was a bad one. I prefer to have a mixed experience with a local business versus buying from a faceless online vendor, any day of the week.Wishing the SA Appliance team nothing but the best for the future.

The staff can get what ever you require. Cash is good. Love them.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish!Purchased a new 900mm gas/electric stove last week from Jeannie at this outlet. Price was great and service was terrific.I was told tradesmen would contact me re delivery and fitting. Was contacted the same day and given time for fitting today. Gas fitter (Peter) and electrician (Andrew) arrived promptly on time and fitted appliance with no fuss.In these days of some very ordinary customer service it makes a nice change to be treated as the focus of a business.I would definitely recommend this business.

Amazing products, great prices and even better customer service! Rang up after the kitchen company had made a mistake and the sink I purchased wouldn't fit. Rang up and Jeannie was able to source the sink i needed and have it at the store for collection within the hour to save the day.
