I started training for a marathon and 1 week out I developed IT band pain in my knee from training. Walking down steps was even painful.I found Jeff online and booked a half hour session which he spent working on my hips and legs. I left that session with no knee pain and 6 days later ran my first marathon.I have no doubt that if I didn’t see Jeff I would have either pulled out or not finished the run.I now visit him regularly to iron out niggles and pain from exercise. Would recommend!

My brother has fragile x and autism so it can be difficult for him to be comfortable with new people as well as being touched.He has been a patient of Jeff’s for the past couple of months and I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff - he has a lot of passion and dedication, is patient and flexible and always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Jeff if you are in the Blacktown area.
