This lovely store offers free coffees on Friday morning and whenever we have the time to go down, we are served by the friendliest lady with the biggest smile! This good will and extra effort by the staff have not gone unnoticed! Thank you for your generosity.

Friday night, ordered inside and I waited forever. Took meal to eat in car, the food was cold. Couldn't be bothered to complain because I didn't want to wait another 20 mins. Avoid!

Went through at about 9pm tonight, partner got a double quarter pounder meal with bacon and a coke (his go-to). The coke tasted like it was mixed with other soft drinks or something odd. And the burger- well, he took one bite and spat it out saying it tasted off. It smelt disgusting (like off meat) and one of the patties was disintegrating. So I don't know how old the meat is or what the issue was, but I wouldn't be surprised if you end up with plenty of sick customers. Needless to say the entire meal was thrown out.

8pm 11/6/23 male manager was rushing and nearly yelling at staff who seemed quite stressed out. ended up with a half filled chips that where heavily over salted rest of the order was perfectly ok.writing this as i'm more concerned with the way the manager was acting over the chips.

So we specifically asked for the food to be cooked fresh and I should have realised when it was ready straight away when we pulled up to the window to pick up burgers were cold no way they were cooked fresh

The food is the same but what made me want to leave a review was the young lady on the drive through headset. It has to be the first time I have had somebody take my order that did not sound miserable. She was polite and cheerful. It made a difference to my drive through experience.

On my way home and needing a bathroom I stopped at maccas for their traditionally clean bathrooms. They weren’t horrific but they hadn’t been cleaned either in a while or well.I ordered food, the receipt didn’t print. Couldn’t flag down any of the team to ask what number the order was. When my food was sitting kn the bench unconfirmed if it was my order, I had to wait 30 minutes before someone stopped pretending they were busy to ask if I needed help, they then walked away and never came back. It was genuinely a waste of money, the food was terrible compared to Maccas standards and there was nothing efficient or fast about it. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or poorly trained but I’ve never been at a maccas this bad. The two stars are cause the staff, although not super helpful, we’re polite and already copping it from another customer.I wouldn’t bother eating here there’s a kfc across the car park and at this point maccas doesn’t even have the bathrooms to hold over other places.

The other night we waited 45 mins in the drive through……. No joke!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I’m still stunned we were trapped in the drive through for over 45 MINUTES! This and Mitchelton are the worst Macca’s in Brisbane!
