Called to ask about making a donation of furniture, the lady who answered was incredibly rude to me from the moment she picked up the phone, she was almost yelling at me, i was shocked.

Really good variety of stuff but very overpriced

Called to ask if they sold any cameras and was rudely spoke to and told to go to jb hi fi? Obviously wouldn’t be calling if I could afford a full priced item

Doing the right thing for COVID. Wearing and selling masks. Lots of stuff and very friendly staff.Unfortunately some prices on the goods are too high for the people that really need them considering they are donated.

Can't help but love this store with its clean, tidy displays and friendly smiling staff.

Well organised shop, easy to find things

Over a twelve month period i volunteered my time one friday per week to do my bit for the community. Much of my experience was pleasant unfortunately a select few individuals made me re-evaluate what a charitable family store was about. 99.9% of customers are pleasant and grateful for the convenience of a store that offers a vast range of goods kindly donated by generous people in the community. The store is run in a friendly and proffessional manner. Unfortunately for some needy customers people have shopped prior to them wanting to take advantage of the services provided by the salvation army which is a shame because there are some genuinly needy people in the toukley and surrounding areas.
