Great rest stop on the way to the northern suburbs from the eastern suburbs.Plenty of options for food stores to chose from and clean facilities available in the food court, plenty of parking

Pretty useless service centre as most food businesses close before dinner time (3pm or 5pm) or operates hours you can’t rely on, especially on weekends.So best not to rely on that area for your road trip and plan somewhere else or get out the tollway to search food/service options.

This is an easy to access BP with service centre, truck and car wash, truck layover parking, showers, toilets, and fast food like McDonalds and KFC. There is video security 24 hours. All fuel types are available with plenty of aisles. There is loads of truck parking with long pull through sites. Plenty of car parking and car with trailer/van parking.

Extremely rude customer service. Literally ripped my ID out of my hands to the point of hurting my arm. Did not wash her hands or clean my ID after. This was after another lovely lady had already checked and done the calculations. Make sure your grip isn’t too tight or the old lady with long brown hair will rip your arm out of your socket.

Thanks to the owner for the attention to my review regarding the Ladies Toilets. Revisited with our riding group today. McDonalds was back to a good standard re coffee and toasties and the Ladies toilets were clean.

Very rude old lady at the counter. We were paying icecream for our kids and the language she used was quite unacceptable, the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life.Not a smile on her face, seemed like she wanted to pick a fight with all her customers.I will complain this sort of attitude to BP.Reading other comments here, seems that I am not the only one.This would be the last time I shopped here.BTW, the younger lady is very polite and has a great customer service.
